Refund & Return Policy

At Badrinath Family Readymades, we strive to deliver the highest quality clothing to your doorstep. Due to the nature of readymade fabrics and ongoing quality control, we adhere strictly to the following policies.

1. General Return/Exchange Policy

Strict No Exchange or Return Policy

We do not offer product exchanges.
There is strictly no return policy once the goods have been purchased and delivered.
There is no cash refund on any purchases.
No color guarantee is provided on fabrics.

2. Defective or Damaged In Transit Items

If you receive an item that is defective or severely damaged during transit, you MUST record an unboxing video of the sealed package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, any remedy is at the sole discretion of Badrinath Family Readymades management.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is prepared and handed over to our shipping partners, we are unable to process any cancellations.
